Our 30-Day Return Promise We offer a strict 30-day return window. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of the marked delivery date provided by the carrier.

Return Conditions & Refund Method Refunds Only: We do not offer store credit or product exchanges. All approved returns will be refunded strictly to the original form of payment. Physical Return Required: We do not offer returnless refunds under any circumstances. To receive a refund, the physical product must be shipped back and received at our facility. Item Condition: While knowing which skincare is right for you or due to potential allergic reactions we do offer returns for the item if it is gently used. Items received back to us that is materially different, completely empty, etc will not be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return Contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@beautyglowoil.com with your Name, Order Number, and reason for return within 30 days of your delivery date. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping instructions. Securely pack the item and send it back to us at the address provided by our support team. Return Shipping Costs: When the Customer Pays for Return Shipping: If you are returning an item due to customer remorse (e.g., you changed your mind, did not like the product, or ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. You will need to purchase your own shipping label from the carrier of your choice to send the physical product back to our facility. When We Pay for Return Shipping: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the complete cost of return shipping. Once you contact our support team at customerservice@beautyglowoil.com with a photo of the damage, we will email you a free, pre-paid return shipping label to send the physical item back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. You must email us at customerservice@beautyglowoil.com within 30 days of the marked delivery date. Please include your Name, Order Number, and a clear photo or video of the damage. Note: Even for damaged or defective items, the physical product must be returned to us to process your refund. We will provide a pre-paid return label for items proven to be defective or damaged in transit.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds: Gift Cards Products that have been completely used and are empty.

Refund Processing Once we physically receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Adverse or Allergic Reactions While our formulas use high-quality, biologically active ingredients, every skin is unique. If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact our Customer Care team. Consistent with our standard policy, the physical bottle must be returned to us to process a refund to your original payment method.
